The owner needed to renovate an existing fast food location to create a "Jimmy Johns" restaurant.  Jimmy Johns Corporation has stringent and exacting requirements and owners cannot open until they meet corporate standards.  The owner had a fixed budget and needed to be open before the end of the year to qualify for tax credits.

Oliver Renovation completed the interior and exterior renovation in 10 weeks.  The restaurant received one of the highest grades awarded by the Jimmy Johns corporate representative during their inspection.
