A local non-profit received a federal grant toward creating a new location with the requirement that they be in business by a certain date or lose the funding.

The owner selected an 8,000 sf existing building (church).  Oliver Renovation provided the design and accelerated a challenging permitting process to enable a 60-day construction timeframe.  This allowed the owner to occupy the space with no penalty on the grant.
