The owner wanted to move to another part of town to expand their services and their realtor needed help in finding the right type of medical office space.

The owner recruited Oliver Renovation to evaluate existing office buildings for conversion into medical examination space.  Upon finding the appropriate space, Oliver Renovation provided the design and construction to complete the space.
