Bill started in the construction business as a trim carpenter and has served clients in a number of capacities, including superintendent, project manager and sales associate. His knowledge of the process and attention to detail gives clients great confidence in his judgments throughout the project. As president, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job from estimating to sales to completion.

Todd Sperry, VP, CFO
Todd, a well-known and respected member of the regional business community, is responsible for the financial management and strategic business planning for the company. After growing up in the family construction business, Todd gained experience with a major land developer and as an estimator, project manager, salesman and president of a commercial construction company.

Russ Barber, Senior Project Manager
Russ came to Oliver Renovation and Construction Inc. after a long career with the state of Florida where he earned credentials as a journeyman electrician and certified general contractor. As an experienced project manager, Russ brings a comprehensive ability to organize the processes and flow of information on the operation side of the company.

Chris Buchholz, Superintendent
With a wide variety of experience that includes supervising material salvage for the Statue of Liberty renovation and building Southern Living Idea Houses, Chris is an innovator who knows what it takes to deliver projects on time. He also provides construction supervision on some of our more complicated projects.
