• Provide them with creative designs, cost solutions, a comprehensive understanding of the renovation process, and predictable results. 
• Provide a detailed conceptual project outline and budget which we guarantee 100%. 

 To help maintain that level of confidence during the process we:

• Provide a monthly progress report with photos, schedule and budgets to ancillary parties (architects, bankers, CPAs, etc.) as dictated by our customer. 
• Provide foremen and supervisors who are master carpenters that can self-perform custom and specialty work.
